Erin Killeen is passionate about connecting with her clients and working to advance their business objectives. Erin’s practice focuses on bond financing for corporate, nonprofit and governmental organizations.

Erin advises as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and borrower's counsel in tax-exempt conduit financings and other financings for hospitals, healthcare systems and higher education institutions.

With a keen eye for detail, Erin represents state and local governments in public finance transactions involving general obligation debt and revenue bond debt. She also helps corporate clients with various forms of debt financing arrangements, including credit facilities and general corporate legal needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Erin was an associate in Chicago in the finance group of an international law firm.

Erin is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Minnesota.
