Frances counsels individuals, small businesses, charitable organizations and nonprofits on entity formation, restructurings and operational issues as well as federal, state and local tax matters. She assists organizations in obtaining tax exempt status under federal and state regulations.
Clients value Frances for her ability to both interpret and negotiate contracts that support their business goals. She drafts a wide range of business agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements and release letters.
