Frances Rivera-Medero is an experienced corporate attorney who helps clients understand and negotiate corporate agreements. With a client-service focus, Frances is diligent about bringing efficiency to each matter and a friendly tone to the deal table when advising her clients in negotiations.

Frances counsels individuals, small businesses, charitable organizations and nonprofits on entity formation, restructurings and operational issues as well as federal, state and local tax matters. She assists organizations in obtaining tax exempt status under federal and state regulations.

Clients value Frances for her ability to both interpret and negotiate contracts that support their business goals. She drafts a wide range of business agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements and release letters. Frances also prepares agreements and other related documents for business and commercial real estate transactions

Fluent in three languages, Frances combines her legal and cultural knowledge to better serve clients – including offering translation and interpretation support with an emphasis on representing clients in relationships with local counsel in Spanish-speaking jurisdictions.
