Gurleen represents clients in business disputes, insurance coverage matters, and intellectual property claims, managing cases from initial investigation through trial. She excels at identifying the issues that shape a dispute and crafting strategies that align with her clients’ objectives while minimizing business disruptions. Whether negotiating settlements or preparing for trial, Gurleen brings meticulous attention to detail and a pragmatic, business-focused approach to every matter.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Gurleen practiced at a Washington, D.C., litigation firm, where she represented major insurers in nationwide disputes involving commercial liability, products liability, and complex torts. That experience honed her ability to manage large-scale matters across federal and state courts nationwide and sharpened the disciplined, business-focused strategies she develops for her clients.
Beyond her practice, Gurleen is actively engaged in the legal and civic community. She serves on the Board of the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and the New Lawyers Section of the Allen County Bar Association, reflecting her commitment to mentorship, leadership, and giving back both within and beyond the profession.
