Harpo collaborates closely with clients, including REITs, lenders, developers, and investment firms, guiding them through the challenges of real estate endeavors.

He counsels clients through virtually all phases of commercial real estate with a keen eye on putting clients’ business objectives first. He has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, partnership and operating agreements; facilitating and negotiating the financing involved in real estate transactions; and coordinating and conducting due diligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Harpo was in-house corporate counsel for a mixed-use private equity real estate developer, where he managed the real estate portfolio with a focus on complex legal frameworks to provide strategic guidance focused on lab science and technology real estate assets.
