Haylie English strives to help solve her clients’ problems in a targeted and collaborative manner. Haylie assists clients with complex transactions and deals related to formation and organization, mergers, acquisitions, and funding and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time, Haylie was a summer associate with the firm. She assisted in drafting a range of corporate documents, reviewing and analyzing contracts and client documents, and researching corporate matters. She also gained experience as a law clerk at an AmLaw 200 firm and a legal intern at a Fortune 20 corporation.

During law school, Haylie worked as a research assistant for several professors concerning securities, partnerships, LLCs, and property matters. She received the Outstanding Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Award and the Outstanding Achievement in Business Planning and Corporate Law Award.

When she’s not working, you can find Haylie spending time with her mini goldendoodle, reading, or experimenting with new recipes.
