Heather handles litigation and employment matters in the areas of workers’ compensation, long and short-term disability, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, and ERISA law.
Her litigation experience includes drafting complaints, summonses, subpoenas, jury demands, and appearances, along with preliminary and final expert, witness, and exhibit lists. Heather has experience working with attorney teams on business matters such as initiations, leases, conversions, employment agreements and contracts (including non-disclosures and non-competes), garnishments, promissory notes, default judgments, bad faith claims, proceedings supplemental, sales and closures.
Prior to working with employment and business dealings, she handled personal injury litigation matters such as slip and falls, auto incidents, animal bites and product liability.
