She negotiated financing and tax structures, partnership agreements and exit strategies for syndicated investment vehicles.

In addition, Holly counseled clients on various subsidy and tax credit programs. She advised on HUD programs such as RAD, replacement housing factor funds, Section 202, 231, 221(d)(4) and 223(a)(7) loans, and mark to market financing.
