Hunter supports clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, from discrimination and accommodation issues to workplace policies and dispute resolution. He combines strong legal analysis with an understanding of workplace dynamics, ensuring practical and sustainable solutions tailored to each organization.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Hunter gained experience working in multiple university settings, collaborating with general counsels and athletic departments, which provided him with insight into employment matters in the higher education sector. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, and completed a summer associate program at the firm, in addition to other clerkships.
