As a natural problem-solver, Jasmine Williams is committed to taking the time to investigate thoroughly her clients’ intellectual property needs. Jasmine focuses her IP practice on technology, data privacy, litigation, entertainment, and corporate law.

She places an emphasis on innovative, efficient solutions and relies on her legal research skills to assist clients with their patent, copyright and trademark issues. Jasmine strives to help her clients assess risk, diversify portfolios, and manage their IP assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Jasmine was a summer associate at an international bank in Boston, where she worked with in-house attorneys to identify and mitigate legal risks, assess mergers, evaluate intellectual property issues, and analyze federal regulations. She also conducted legal research for multiple departments and worked on corporate, security and regulatory assignments related to cybersecurity and climate change.

While in law school, Jasmine was selected by a boutique IP law firm to participate in its practicum program, where she conducted legal research on trademark infringement. She also worked as both a legal intern and a legal assistant, where she gained a variety of experience in legal research and drafting legal memoranda.
