Jason’s prior in-house legal and business roles enable him to team with his clients practical, results-driven solutions. Clients often turn to Jason for large-scale transactions requiring a combination of high-level legal skills and outside-the-box creativity.
His experience in private practice includes traditional real estate and finance transactions, as well as projects in the energy, public-private partnership, M&A, and economic development sectors.
Before entering private practice, Jason was vice president of asset management for a real estate developer and independent power producer with responsibilities that included financial modeling, regulatory and covenant compliance, and investor relations. In his legal career, Jason led the financial services legal team for a global private equity firm as well as worked at prominent international and regional law firms. His vast experiences enable Jason to identify issues early and to reach efficient and effective outcomes.
