Jason Watson offers a background in virtually all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency-related issues. Jason works closely with clients to provide practical, informed and efficient solutions with the goal of delivering an optimal resolution.
Jason represents secured lenders and special servicers in large bankruptcy matters, including pre-bankruptcy workouts, Chapter 11 cases, and creditor rights-related litigation. He also advises borrowers on practical ways of navigating distressed situations, including sales, liquidations and bankruptcy proceedings.
With experience touching a broad range of industries including retail, food service, construction and hospitality, Jason is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason was of counsel at an Atlanta-based law firm in the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice group.
