Jason focuses his practice on identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest and other professional responsibility concerns. He conducts in-depth analysis, reviews engagement documentation, and drafts waivers to ensure that matters move forward efficiently and in compliance with ethical standards.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Jason served as client contracts counsel at an Am Law 100 firm. He also held senior roles as a conflicts attorney and conflicts coordinator at several Am Law 100 firms, where he honed his ability to manage sensitive issues across multiple practice areas. Earlier in his career, Jason worked in private practice as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, giving him first-hand insight into the demands of litigation and client service. This diverse background allows him to approach risk management with a practical, business-minded perspective that adds value across the firm.
