Jeff's practice covers private fund work, representing both fund sponsors and institutional investors across fundraising, structuring and operational matters. His transaction experience includes guiding clients through joint venture formations, secondaries transactions, merger and acquisition activities, and complex investment management arrangements. This comprehensive approach allows him to counsel clients on both the legal and business implications of their strategic decisions.
Prior to his current practice, Jeff served as an investment management associate at two leading law firms. His in-house experience with a global private equity advisory firm provides him with valuable insight into client perspectives and industry practices. This dual background positions him to understand both the legal requirements and commercial considerations that drive successful investment transactions.
