Jeff Nicholas assists the Intellectual Property team and clients throughout the trademark prosecution process. Additionally, he has more than 10 years of litigation experience as a paralegal across a broad range of matters including trademark and patent infringement.
Jeff prepares and files U.S. Patent and Trademark Office applications, extensions, statement of uses, trademark registration declarations and renewals, Madrid filings, and other filings as needed.
He has experience screening domain sites for potential trademark infringement, drafting investigation opinions, conducting trademark knockout searches and drafts preliminary opinions.
Diligent and responsive, Jeff also corresponds with foreign associates regarding applications, registrations, renewals, opposition, and cancellation proceedings.
