Jessica serves as a member of the Barnes & Thornburg team assisting the Special Compliance Coordinator appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce to monitor, assess and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China, and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).
Jessica is skilled in providing effective guidance to cross-functional teams with the goal of improving project outcomes and deliverables. Combining goal-oriented direction with the natural ability to take in the larger picture and out-of-the-box thinking, she is experienced in formulating and implementing effective strategic project management plans aimed at improving process efficiency, and attaining results by maintaining quality, regulating compliance, and identifying and resolving potential risks.
