With over 20 years of experience in patent law, John Gustav-Wrathall is a paralegal in the Intellectual Property Department. 

John assists in the preparation and filing of patent applications. He is well-versed in client and foreign counsel correspondence and database and docket management.

John facilitates patent filings in the U.S. and internationally, maintains patent dockets and monitors patent prosecution in collaboration with attorneys, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, international counsel, and various foreign patent offices.

Prior to joining the firm, John served as an intellectual property paralegal with an AmLaw 200 firm, where he supported attorneys and clients through U.S. and internal patent prosecution. 

Thoughtful, organized and inquisitive, John offers a global perspective having lived and worked in Latin America, Europe and the U.S.
