Joe has extensive experience advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of both stabilized and opportunistic assets, including portfolio transactions and transactions involving multi-layered ownership structures. His experience includes the purchase and sale of large multi-tenanted properties and large-scale portfolios of single-family residential properties, including bulk SFR transactions requiring coordination across multiple states and title structures.
