Before joining the firm, Joe led eDiscovery teams at an Am Law 100 firm and within the federal government where he oversaw the transformation of discovery services through the use of AI-enabled review tools, automated workflows, and advanced analytics. He has built high-performing teams and led large-scale, complex discovery projects across both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, Joe has been known for his ability to align legal, technical, and business strategies — consistently delivering practical solutions that reduce costs, mitigate risk and produce measurable results.
