J.T. Larson’s practice focuses on product liability defense and complex corporate and commercial disputes, which is where he believes he can help clients the most. Throughout his career path, he has had an affinity for understanding businesses and the most effective ways in which they operate. J.T. serves as a resource for his corporate clients; he takes the time necessary to dig into their inner workings, their structure, and their goals.
J.T. represents private and publicly traded companies regionally and nationally, including medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical entities, and producers of cosmetic products and of home appliances including sump pumps and furnaces. He also counsels a range of professional athletes, sports agents, and coaches in a variety of civil litigation matters.
He values having open dialogue with his clients so he can truly put himself in their shoes. Once he knows the scale of the problem his clients are facing and their business objectives, J.T. can most effectively work to determine the best solutions that will fit the client’s needs.
In addition to his corporate and commercial litigation work, J.T. has assisted pro bono clients with a range of legal issues, including working on behalf of a formerly homeless couple against a malicious landlord, defending not-for-profit entities, and filing an amicus brief before the U.S. Supreme Court in a landmark healthcare case.
