Julia has worked on a variety of projects involving traditional and renewable power plants, carbon sequestration, data center development and other energy transition projects. She is experienced in advising clients through the due diligence process, reviewing title and survey matters, negotiating complex commercial and industrial ground leases, easement agreements, surface-use agreements and renewable power leases. Julia works side-by-side with the client, and in that process, has been able to learn and understand the client’s business and what is most important to them in every deal.
Julia's career started as a summer associate with the firm in 2019 as a 1L Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program (DAPP) Direct Fellow. Julia was a student attorney at the University of Texas School of Law’s Immigration Clinic while in law school, where she co-led a successful outcome for their refugee clients.
