A dedicated problem-solver, Justin Dance assists clients with the intricate details related to mergers, acquisitions, and commercial lending.

Justin’s work in mergers and acquisitions and private equity involves the drafting of purchase agreements, ancillary closing documents, and other transactional documents required throughout the lifespan of a deal. Justin’s close attention to detail enables him to provide thorough work on even the most meticulous matters.

Justin’s financing experience includes representing lenders or borrowers in complex commercial financing, real estate and construction financing, and assisting with the preparation of various loan documents for both lenders and borrowers. 

Understanding of the investment clients make in obtaining legal guidance, Justin strives to consistently deliver quality work on a timely basis to facilitate reaching the client’s desired outcome.
