A skilled communicator who excels in legal research and writing, Kaleb Gorman works diligently to help clients craft compelling arguments in litigation and dispute resolution. Kaleb exercises analytical prowess and keen attention to detail in drafting motions, memoranda, and oppositions to advance the interests of his clients.

Kaleb’s litigation practice is focused on a variety of issues and claims. 

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time, Kaleb was a summer associate with the firm. He gained experience working on product liability cases, intellectual property disputes, and False Claims Act litigation. 

While working in the Civil Litigation Clinic at Boston College Law School, Kaleb handled several pro bono cases involving a wide range of issues – landlord-tenant disputes, unemployment appeals, social security claims, and violations of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act. He also interned for a boutique law firm based in Texas.

While earning his undergraduate degree, Kaleb studied abroad in Denmark at the University of Copenhagen and in China at Peking University. Outside of his litigation practice, Kaleb is an avid traveler and hiker.
