Kathleen’s practice spans both publicly traded and privately held companies. She is sought after for her commercial contracting advice and negotiations and is also skilled at handling public client’s periodic filings with the SEC. She has worked on public company mergers and acquisitions, various syndicated loans and securitization matters, and capital markets offerings. As an in-house attorney at a public company, Kathleen was responsible for both supplier and customer contracting matters, including supplier contracts worth $600 million, and matters associated with post-merger integration and antitrust regulatory matters.

Kathleen is also experienced in assisting privately held companies with commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings and acquisitions, venture capital matters, private fund formation, and outside general counsel work.

Kathleen brings her corporate experience to the table with music industry and entertainment clients as well and has been instrumental in the formation of joint ventures and other entities for entertainment industry matters. Kathleen is a trusted advisor for a variety of entertainment industry clients’ contracting and other needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen was corporate counsel for a semiconductor manufacturer and an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm.

Outside of the office, Kathleen is a third-degree black belt in taekwondo and an avid German folk dancer.
