Strategic, driven, and detail-oriented, Kathryn Enlow supports clients across the healthcare industry. Kathryn has served in several government agencies and possesses a strong foundation in litigation, criminal matters, and various regulatory frameworks. 

Kathryn’s practice focuses on supporting clients across the healthcare industry as they navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. She is involved in matters that may include healthcare compliance, internal investigations, and responding to state and federal enforcement actions, both civil and criminal. With a deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks that shape the industry, she contributes to client teams working to interpret and apply statutes such as the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and other key healthcare laws. 

Before rejoining the firm, Kathryn served as a trial attorney through the U.S. Department of Justice’s Honors Program in DOJ’s Criminal Division, where she prosecuted criminal matters on behalf of the United States. Before law school, Kathryn served as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Intelligence Community. Her experience at the DOJ and beyond informs her ability to approach legal and compliance challenges from both a government and private-sector perspective. Earlier in her career, Kathryn was a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg, where she first gained exposure to the firm’s white collar and internal investigations practices and client service approach. 

Prior to joining DOJ, Kathryn clerked for the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala and the Honorable Gray Borden, in the Northern District of Alabama. Through this work, Kathryn gained an exceptional legal writing foundation, which she draws from as she assists clients navigate litigation matters.
