Kelsey Keane helps clients reach their potential and work through the necessary government and regulatory processes on the local, state and federal levels. Kelsey advises businesses, government agencies, private organizations, and individuals, often regarding unclaimed property or escheat-related matters.

Kelsey uses her background in and knowledge of negotiation and government regulations to help clients navigate complicated systems and compliance challenges.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey served as a law clerk in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted opinions on appeal, advised on pretrial motions, conducted legal research and promoted settlements between parties while gaining a deeper understanding of the judicial branch and court processes. Additionally, Kelsey worked for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Consumer Protection Bureau, where she assisted in streamlining regulatory complexity while working toward finding restitutions for victims of fraud.

Kelsey enjoys hiking with her dog, playing on the Philadelphia Roller Derby Team, and when she is feeling brave, going to her local karaoke spot.
