Kenneth Suzan advises clients on building, protecting, and managing their brands on a global scale. He develops and implements comprehensive intellectual property strategies with a versatile practice that spans trademarks, service marks, copyrights, internet and social media issues, and domain names.
From initial trademark development and registration to licensing and enforcement, Kenneth supports both established and emerging companies throughout the entire brand protection lifecycle. He also coordinates with a global network of trusted associates to facilitate international trademark clearance, registration, licensing and litigation efforts.
Augmenting his intellectual property practice, Kenneth also advises on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulatory and compliance issues pertaining to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones. He prepares Section 333 exemptions and Part 107 Waiver/Airspace Authorizations and advises on the commercial use of UAVs.
