Resilient, poised and detail-oriented, Kevin Warren works diligently to help clients craft compelling arguments in litigation matters. Drawing from his experience in healthcare, Kevin is committed to understanding his clients’ needs, providing guidance through the litigation process, and collaboratively developing solutions.
Kevin drafts motions, briefs, memoranda and oppositions to advance the interests of his clients.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full time, Kevin was a summer associate and law clerk with the firm. He drafted briefs, motions, briefs, and discovery, and assisted with witness interviews, depositions, and trial preparation, along with providing support at trial. Kevin also conducted research and analysis on various legal issues.
Kevin gained additional experience during law school as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert J. Steigmann of the Illinois Appellate Court and as a law clerk for a boutique law firm. Kevin also served as a student attorney representing indigent individuals in guardianship, Social Security, and eviction cases at the University of Illinois College of Law’s Medical Legal Partnership Clinic and at Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, Inc.
