Kian Hudson brings his appellate skills to bear to assist clients throughout the litigation process. His keen eye for spotting pivotal issues and framing persuasive arguments often sets the stage for success from the outset of litigation through to the highest courts in the land.

Kian’s experience gives clients a distinct advantage in complex legal battles. His tenure as Indiana's Deputy Solicitor General, where he spearheaded numerous high-stakes cases, frequently translates into sophisticated strategy and sharp, incisive briefs that cut to the core of legal disputes – whether at the trial court level, before intermediate federal appellate courts and state supreme courts, or before the U.S. Supreme Court.

In the courtroom, Kian's oral advocacy skills are undeniable. He's presented more than 10 arguments before federal circuit courts and the Indiana Supreme Court, including a pivotal en banc Seventh Circuit victory that upheld Indiana's sex offender registry against constitutional challenge. This hands-on experience informs his approach to every case in which he is involved – anticipating and addressing potential counterarguments.

Beyond the courtroom, Kian bolsters his legal acumen through prolific writing. His essays, appearing in publications ranging from Res Gestae to National Affairs, demonstrate a breadth of legal thought that enriches his practice. This intellectual engagement ensures that Kian brings fresh, innovative perspectives to each client's unique legal challenges.
