Kyle takes cases from initiation of a complaint through appeal, and has experience working through discovery disputes, document review, depositions, filing and answering suits, arbitration and mediation, privilege disputes, preliminary injunctions, summary judgement briefings, and small claims.

He is dedicated to managing the many facets of an insurance coverage dispute and creating focused talking points that allow for effective representation tailored to the client’s business objectives.

In addition to his litigation practice, Kyle has experience providing counsel on small business transactional matters, including drafting special deeds, guiding small business through business entity formations, and drafting articles of incorporation and operating agreements.
