Kyunghan counsels employers on the full range of Korean labor and employment law, including matters related to unfair labor practices, working hour regulations, and the Trade Union and Labor Relations Act. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years in private practice at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, one of Korea’s leading law firms, where he was involved in several high-profile matters that helped shape evolving labor standards.
Kyunghan holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Irvine, and has passed the California Bar Exam. His dual familiarity with Korean and U.S. employment law allows him to provide practical, business-minded solutions to multinational clients. His work has been recognized by industry publications, including Legal Times, which named him a 2024 Rising Star in Labor and Employment, and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, where he was listed as a key lawyer in 2025.
