Laura assists with visa and other immigration application processes and procedures. She supports client intake, case initiations, data management, reporting, writing, I-9 and compliance projects, and immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked as a program associate at the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession. She collaborated with colleagues and volunteer lawyers to develop and implement projects and initiatives, and participated in implementing fundraising efforts.

Laura has direct experience with the immigration system through family and friends. She understands the processes involved in working with immigrants, refugees and asylum-seekers.

Born and raised abroad, Laura is interested in learning languages and experiencing other cultures, especially through travel and integration with locals.
