Leah O’Farrell focuses her practice on creditors’ rights, representing lenders and unsecured creditors both in and out of court. Leah is committed to strategic problem-solving and guiding her clients to an efficient and positive resolution.
She handles insolvency and business disputes including sales, liquidations, bankruptcies, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Leah was a bankruptcy and financial restructuring associate at a Boston-based law firm, where she primarily represented debtors and trustees.
Leah has a background in bankruptcy after spending two years in court clerkships before entering private practice. Through these clerkships, she gained valuable insight into the inner workings of the courts, which Leah now uses to help guide clients through the bankruptcy process.
