Luis Rodriguez calls upon his experience in the legal industry to support firm attorneys and paralegals as an immigration specialist. With communication and interpersonal skills, Luis is passionate about assisting clients as they navigate the laws that govern immigration.
Luis assists attorneys and their clients with visa and other immigration application processes and procedures. He supports client intake, case initiation and data management.
Additionally, Luis has experience handling the preparation and filing of a wide range of immigration petitions, including H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, O-1, TN and PNIW Petitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Luis worked as an administrative assistant at a recruiting company and as an immigration paralegal at a Chicago-based law firm and at a Massachusetts-based law firm.
