Fueled by a passion for literature, science, and technology, Lyric Menges utilizes her background to help clients protect and manage the intellectual property and innovations that drive their business success. 

Lyric helps develop and execute global strategies for creating, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, domain names and unique digital assets.

Lyric also provides copyright and trademark counseling, including the prosecution of domestic and international trademark applications, as well as works with her clients to develop and maintain extensive trademark and copyright portfolios.

Prior to joining the firm full time, Lyric was a summer associate with Barnes & Thornburg, where she assisted with research for intellectual property litigation matters. She also was a student attorney at the Boston University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Innovation Law Clinic, where she assisted clients with intellectual property disputes, cybersecurity strategy, and artificial intelligence matters.

Lyric gained additional experience during law school as a tutor, teaching assistant, research assistant and contributing author. On top of her regular coursework, she also completed a concentration in intellectual property and technology law with honors.
