Elizabeth Walker’s practice focuses on debt financing for 501(c)(3) and governmental organizations, with particular expertise in healthcare finance. With a nationwide practice and clients that range from critical access hospitals to some of the nation’s largest healthcare systems, Elizabeth brings a diverse perspective on the challenges facing healthcare organizations. 

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Elizabeth was a shareholder at a national healthcare law firm, focused on tax-exempt and taxable financing for healthcare organizations. She began her career in public finance in the New York office of an AmLaw 20 firm, representing state, territorial, and local governments and agencies.
