Conflicts Attorney

Maral Arjomandi is a conflicts attorney in the firm’s Office of General Counsel. With several years of experience as a conflicts and ethics attorney, Maral advises on complex conflict analysis, conflict resolution and matter engagement documentation. Maral is dedicated to assisting her colleagues as they navigate the complexities of client intake and conflicts.

When assessing new business and projects for clients, Maral calls upon her creative problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills. She addresses a wide range of conflicts-related issues, from reviewing conflicts and evaluating related questions or concerns to drafting waivers.

Maral also has experience reviewing and responding to outside counsel guidelines, conducting conflicts training and improving process efficiency.

Prior to joining the firm, Maral worked as senior ethics and conflicts counsel at an AmLaw 200 firm. She also has experience in private practice, where she litigated workers’ compensation defense matters.

Maral is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Utah.
