Mario advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including business formation, transactions, and governance. He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to structuring deals and agreements, ensuring that both legal and business considerations are aligned. His background in sociology, psychology, and social sciences informs his ability to anticipate challenges, understand stakeholder perspectives, and craft solutions that work in practice.

Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Mario gained hands-on experience as a summer associate and spent four years teaching through Teach for America and as a college sociology instructor. These experiences sharpened his skills in communication, analysis, and problem-solving, which he now applies to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance to clients in corporate matters.
