With more than 15 years of paralegal experience, Michael Apacible has a strong focus on litigation and product liability. Michael combines his vast experience in the litigation space with strong research, organizational and analytical skills to effectively and efficiently assist clients with a wide range of litigation-related matters.

Michael works closely with partners and associates within the litigation team to assist on cases from discovery to the trial phase. Whether it is data analysis, document drafting, or overall case preparation, he has worked on singular cases to colossal mass tort filings involving thousands of plaintiffs. 

Michael prides himself on his respectful nature, diligence, and discipline. He is a resourceful team player with the sole goal of providing quality work regardless of the task size.

Before joining Barnes & Thornburg’s Los Angeles office, Michael spent many years working on mass tort litigations at an AmLaw 100 firm in New Jersey. In addition, Michael worked at a law firm in New York City and assisted in defending the city’s departments of education and transportation, as well as with matters regarding the 9/11 World Trade Center aftermath.
