Michael DeNote is a tenacious advocate for his clients. With more than a decade of experience in real estate law, he focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions and related litigation, including financings and land use matters. His goal is to efficiently bring these transactions to a close, regardless of their complexity.    

Michael works with corporate, government and individual clients to simplify financings, development and acquisitions, leasing, zoning and land use matters, and various other transactions. He represents clients in front of various municipal, county, and state agencies including boards of adjustment, county council, boars of assessment review. 

He also coordinates virtually all aspects of real estate closing, from drafting documents and preparing titles, to acting as agent for the title company), and he draft leases, agreements of sale and easements.

Michael’s work includes complex real estate transactions involving the issuance of low income housing tax credits, seeking land use approvals for commercial and industrial warehouses each over 1 million square feet, and negotiating leases for a multi-use health care facility and nursing home.  

During law school, he served as an extern for the Hon. Judge Thomas Ambro with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
