Co-chair of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice group and a member of the firm's Management Committee, Mike diligently works with clients, co-counsel, company witnesses, scientists and other experts to develop persuasive defense arguments for complex litigation. He counsels companies in the U.S., Asia, and Europe on various privacy, security and e-discovery issues. Mike also coordinates cross-border trial issues and discovery involving multidistrict litigation (MDLs) in highly regulated industries.
Mike’s broad trial and appellate experience in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property and antitrust litigation spans a diverse client base, including life sciences, pharmaceutical and manufacturers in patent infringement, false marking, trade secret and Robinson-Patman Act proceedings. He deeply values meeting client needs, leveraging his analytical nature to execute tailored solutions that align with business goals. A dedicated lawyer in the field, Mike draws upon sophisticated experience chairing AmLaw 50 and AmLaw 100 product liability, mass tort, pharmaceutical, health and life sciences groups, among other respected advisory roles.
