Client-oriented and driven, Mitch Charchalis is an experienced litigator who focuses on defending Fortune 500 clients in a range of complex mass tort and product liability matters. 

Mitch has successfully represented international and domestic automotive, consumer products and medical device manufacturers and distributors in individual and class actions, including benzene exposure and other toxic tort litigation. 

In the course of his practice, Mitch has cultivated considerable skills in developing defense strategies, preparing experts and company witnesses for depositions and testifying at trial, as well as drafting a wide array of discovery and motions.

Before turning to private practice, Mitch was an assistant district attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he conducted numerous trials and presented nearly one hundred felonies to the grand jury.
