Natalie focuses her practice on affordable housing and community development matters involving low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits. Conscientious and dedicated, Natalie advises clients on a range of real estate, tax credit, and commercial finance matters.

Natalie represents investors, lenders, and funds in connection with equity and debt financing for the construction or rehabilitation of multifamily properties.

Additionally, she has experience with debt financing for the construction, acquisition and refinancing of conventional multifamily housing developments, leases, partnership agreements and operating agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie practiced as a commercial finance and banking associate for an AmLaw 200 firm. While in law school, she earned a certificate in alternative dispute resolution and gained experience mediating disputes for the Franklin County, Ohio, Municipal Court.
