Nick Rybarczyk represents corporate and individual clients in various complex litigation matters, with a focus on commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations.
Nick has handled matters in federal and state courts throughout the country, including New York, New Jersey, and California, as well as in arbitration and mediation. His experience ranges from representing corporate clients in high stakes business disputes to individuals charged with federal and state crimes. He has also represented clients involved in investigations with Fortune 500 financial services companies.
In law school, Nick served as an intern for the Honorable Debra Freeman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Nick was a litigation associate at a New York-based law firm.
