Paul practices complex litigation, class action, mass torts, and product liability in state and federal courts. He is deeply involved in each phase of litigation, from early case assessments and motion practice to discovery, expert coordination, settlement strategy, and trial preparation/strategy. Paul has prepared and argued numerous successful dispositive motions which resulted in full dismissals of cases, one of which led to published caselaw favorable to the client. Whether advising institutional clients or closely held businesses, Paul balances technical precision with big-picture thinking to advance their goals in and out of court. 

Prior to joining the firm, Paul was an associate at an Am Law 50 firm. He also gained experience a judicial extern to the Hon. Otis D. Wright II in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
