Rachel Forman represents clients across the life sciences and consumer products industries in complex commercial litigation matters. She manages all stages of litigation, from pre-trial strategy to resolution.

Rachel conducts in-depth legal research and analysis, drafts motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents, and collaborates with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies for clients.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Rachel was a litigation associate at a global law firm. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, where she drafted judicial opinions on appeals, prepared comprehensive bench memoranda analyzing novel legal issues for oral argument, and reviewed appellate records to provide recommendations to the Court.

During law school, Rachel interned with the Honorable Julien X. Neals, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable James B. Clark III, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, where she conducted research on federal litigation matters and observed civil and criminal proceedings.
