Rana Khajeh regularly maintains and manages a range of business immigration case files and has over a decade of experience managing large caseloads in high-volume environments.

Rana has experience in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and petitions, including ETA form 9089s, PERM audits, I-140 petitions, H-1B, H-4, and employment authorization documents and labor certifications, among others.

She researches and reviews data, drafts petitions and applications for client and attorney review and approval, and submits final versions to the relevant entities.

Prior to joining in the firm, Rana worked as a senior immigration paralegal, where she prepared, reviewed and filed nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for the Department of Labor and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

As an immigrant herself, Rana understands the challenges that comes with the immigration processes.
