Sandra's discovery management experience includes preparing written discovery, preparing and defending corporate witnesses for deposition, and taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
Complementing her discovery management and e-discovery practice, Sandra is an experienced general litigator, having managed commercial and product liability cases from case intake to jury verdict. She has resolved cases in favor of her clients in motions at the pleading stage and through dispositive motions. She has been part of trial teams in more than a dozen jury trials, and her trial experience includes arguing evidentiary issues during trial; preparing trial briefs, jury instructions and verdict forms; and preparing fact and expert witnesses for testimony.
