Having extensive experience managing large trademark portfolios, Sarah regularly negotiates licenses and other IP agreements, enforces IP rights online through Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, and represents clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
Sarah evaluates and provides advice on advertising claims, including potential liability for false or misleading representations. She also helps clients navigate the legal issues surrounding contests, sweepstakes and other promotions.
Sarah has successfully registered hundreds of trademarks and trade dress in the United States Patent & Trademark Office. She enjoys the opportunity to work with brands as they navigate the process of selecting new trademarks and seeks to set her clients up for success through her advice.
