Savannah Robinson, the firm’s chief of staff, is a strategic, passionate leader who believes in treating people well and providing them with growth opportunities. She is a goal setter and a goal achiever. When Savannah identifies that a process or approach isn’t quite right or that there is room for improvement, she prioritizes addressing the issue and finding a better way forward.
Savannah works with the firm's management committee, firm managing partner, and chief operating officer, along with its legal and business professionals, on implementing programs and processes for operational management and development to meet strategic growth, investment and excellence goals. She cultivates high-performing teams by sparking curiosity, empowering people and helping to ignite their potential.
Savannah’s life philosophy is to do what makes you happy and leave people better than you found them. She believes everyone she encounters and works with – inside and outside of the firm – has something unique to offer the world and so we should lean in and celebrate the strength in our differences.
Formerly as chief legal talent officer, Savannah was the primary liaison for legal personnel matters. She developed, enhanced and delivered an integrated approach to the full life cycle of the firm’s legal talent, including providing strategic support and tactical resources to firm leadership. She also helped create and maintain processes and tools to evaluate the performance and compensation of our legal talent across various departments and practice groups.
Additionally, as an office administrator, Savannah also worked directly with the Fort Wayne office managing partner on business development and strategic planning and was responsible for daily administration including, human resource functions, facilities, financial management, and marketing functions.
Always striving to be the best she can be, Savannah has a lean Six Sigma Certification. She also speaks regularly about empowering women and how to find your why, gain clarity and become a high performer – personally and professionally.
Savannah has been a lecturer at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (now Purdue University Fort Wayne) on human resource management and environmental policy for several years.
Of critical importance to Savannah, she is active in the community and passionate about giving back. Just as she does with her work, when she sees someone in need, she wants to be there to lend a hand.
