Highly motivated and goal-oriented, Scott focuses his practice on corporate law and business transactional work. He has hands-on experience supporting both publicly traded and privately held businesses in the automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and tech industries. Scott’s practice often crosses over into the venture capital space where he assists startup companies and venture capital funds that invest in them.

As a law student, Scott worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sean F. Cox of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

During his undergraduate years, Scott played college baseball, which fostered the tenacity and work ethic that he now dedicates to serving his clients.
